Recognizing Henry's tired signs

A few weeks ago, I tried to keep track of what Henry's natural routine was.  It was pointless because his routine was erratic and unpredictable (plus, I wasn't very good at knowing what he wanted).  Well, now that he is 6 1/2 weeks old, I'm trying again!  Also, I'm starting to be able recognise his different cues.  For example, knowing when he's tired vs hungry vs bored.  Here are some of Henry's tired signs (which can occur any time after waking):
  • Begins with a glazed stare
  • Starts looking away and turning his head away
  • Makes facial grimaces and yawns
  • Starts to fuss, which turns into little cries, then a full on cry
When I miss these signs, he becomes over-tired and then is really hard to console.  When I act fast and put him to sleep at first notice that he is tired, he goes to sleep quickly and is a happy baby!
